Ko Hayashi

Ko Hayashi is a senior business executive with in-depth experience in a number of industries. He is Managing Director of Chandler Partners International Ltd., a Strategic Consultancy in China and Asia.  Mr. Hayashi has 30 years experience in senior management. Ko has a highly-regarded track record of providing strategic consulting and capital-raising to firms in real estate, transportation, hospitality industry, food service, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, new media, financial services, software, and high technology.

Currently, Mr. Hayashi serves as Managing Director of Chandler Partners International, Ltd, a M&A consultancy and financial advisory firm in the U.S.  Ko is a Senior Instructor for Core Value Training and also lectures at business seminars, including Entrepreneurial Mastery.  In addition, he provides mentoring to entrepreneurs and business leaders in China through Linda Chandler's executive mentoring program.

Ko leads the Chandler Partners team that is committed to helping their client companies move adeptly on the fast business track and increase their market share and their shareholder value. Mr. Hayashi focuses on developing strategic alliances and business partnerships for companies in North America, Europe, and Asia. He is keen on identifying strong strategic opportunities and plays a key role in advising clients on development strategies, joint ventures, distribution deals, intellectual property portfolios, and technology transfer that enhance their financial and competitive strength. Ko and his team also provide early-stage funding and private equity capital for companies in the pre-IPO stage.

Formerly, he was President of Media Tech, Inc., a full-service advertising firm; co-founder of Data-1 Microcomputers; and Executive Vice President of Stanford Resources, Inc., an engineering consulting/construction management firm. He was also principal managing partner of Stanford Properties, a real estate firm. Ko is based in Shanghai and Shenzhen, China. His specialties include: strategic consultancy; change management; technology transfer; innovation strategies; team-building; values-based leadership; executive mentoring; CEO Camp; and financial advisory for fast growth companies in China.

Yet behind the impressive resume is also a man who knows how to have fun and places a high value on maintaining all his relationships with integrity.
